WuYi YueMa Leisure Articles Co., Ltd. (Yuema) develops, manufactures and exports remote-control electric scooters, mobility scooters for seniors, citycoco fat-tyre models and electric motorcycles from our own 34,000 m² plant in the Tongqin Hardware Industrial Zone, Wuyi, Zhejiang — China's established light-electric-vehicle cluster. Importers, fleet operators, mobility-aid retailers and e-commerce brands work with us because every unit is welded, wired, assembled and road-tested inside one facility, which keeps specification drift, battery sourcing risk and warranty claims under control.

Founded in Wuyi, Zhejiang, Yuema began as a hardware workshop and grew into a private enterprise that integrates R&D, production, trade and after-sales service. Today more than 20 years of accumulated build experience sits behind every frame we weld: our engineers have iterated deck geometry, controller mapping and BMS logic across thousands of production batches, which is why we can predict how a specification change will affect range, braking distance and warranty rate before tooling is cut.
We manufacture in-house rather than trade, so buyers receive traceable bills of material, named cell suppliers, welding and ageing records, and 100% pre-shipment functional testing. Documentation for CE, EMC, RoHS and UN38.3 is prepared per model and shared during sampling — not after the container leaves.
Why OEM buyers choose Yuema
Tube bending, welding, powder coating, harness assembly, final build and ageing tests run on one campus, so lead times and quality feedback loops stay short.
We specify cell grade, pack layout, BMS current limits and charger matching, then supply UN38.3 and MSDS files required by air, sea and rail forwarders.
Private-label decks, custom colourways, branded displays, retail packaging and market-specific speed limiters built from your drawings or reference sample.
Spare-part kits, exploded-view drawings, wiring diagrams and technician troubleshooting guides so your workshop repairs units locally instead of returning them.
How we work
We confirm target market rules, motor power, battery capacity, brake type, certification scope and retail price band.
A pre-production unit plus test data on range, gradeability, braking distance and charge cycles is issued for approval.
Moulds, decals, displays and packaging artwork are locked; the bill of material is frozen to prevent silent substitutions.
In-line inspection at welding, wiring and assembly, then 100% functional and ageing testing before cartoning.
Loading photos, certification pack, spare-part kit and after-sales documentation ship with every order.
