Question 1

What is the minimum order quantity for an OEM electric scooter program?

Accepted Answer

For stock models the practical MOQ is one 40HQ mixed container. For custom colours, branded decks and private-label packaging we normally start OEM tooling from 100–300 units per model, depending on frame platform and battery configuration.

Question 2

Which certifications do Yuema electric scooters and citycoco models hold?

Accepted Answer

Our export models are tested against CE, EMC, RoHS and EN 17128 requirements, while lithium battery packs are shipped with UN38.3 test reports and MSDS documentation. Certificates are issued per model and per battery supplier, and we share the full test reports before mass production.

Question 3

How long is the production lead time for a full container order?

Accepted Answer

Standard lead time is 25–35 days after deposit and approval of the pre-production sample. Peak season (February to May) can extend this to 45 days, so we recommend confirming battery cells and motor specifications early.

Question 4

Do you supply spare parts and after-sales support to distributors?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every shipment can include a spare-parts kit covering controllers, throttles, chargers, brake assemblies and tyres. We also provide exploded-view drawings, wiring diagrams and technician-level troubleshooting guides so your workshop can repair units locally.

Question 5

Can you build a scooter to our own drawings or battery specification?

Accepted Answer

We work from customer 3D files, sample units or a written specification. Our engineering team validates motor power, controller mapping, BMS logic, frame load capacity and charger compatibility before releasing tooling.
